Painting is becoming a series of ‘events’ that I document. I think this could take the form of a video diary. Share the painting….digital but not real

Is that interesting? tracking where I have been, if only metaphorically...to me perhaps.

But this theme of ‘where I have been’ comes back again as I start my 3rd piece in this series.

It reminds me of drawings I made 2 years ago in Arizona and New Mexico and the colours – cerulean blue, yellow ochre and brut sienna give it a desert feel. Specifically it reminds me of the Ear of the Wind in Monument Valley. I give it that working title. But this is not what it becomes…
